All guests that arrive after office hours or on Holidays when the office is closed, your name will be posted on the reservation charts in the window of the office along with your site number. Please settle in your site, relax and enjoy your holiday! We will see you in the office the following morning for official check-in and payment.
All RV Sites are graveled sites. Park 1 has a Handicap access ramp onto the deck to access the office, restrooms & laundry facilities. Park 2 has a Handicap Lift Elevator up to the deck to access the restrooms & laundry facilities.
NOTICE: As of March 10, 2021 The Park 2 Handicap Elevator is currently CLOSED as we will be replacing it with a new Handicap Elevator within 6 weeks.
TENTS: We are strictly an RV Park only! No tents allowed in RV Sites.

Maximum length of stay for long term is 90 days per calendar year.

We take reservations in person and via telephone only!
Reservations can be taken up to 1 year in advance in the month of. It is highly recommended to make advance reservations for all prime summer (June-Oct), all event & holidays weeks & all weekends.
**We require a 1 night deposit when making all reservations with the balance due upon check-in. Those making reservations for 30 NIGHTS or more will pay a 1 week deposit on the first month**
A minimum 2 NIGHT STAY is required during PRIME SUMMER (6/1-9/30) , HOLIDAY WEEKS & ALL WEEKENDS .
* *Reservations are not transferable without the consent in advance from Morro Strand RV Park Management.
We do our best to accommodate site requests, however, site assignments are NOT GUARANTEED! We do reserve the right to change site assignments when needed and without notice!
Reservations of 5 SITES or more are considered to be a TOUR GROUP. It is a requirement for the Tour Group Coordinator reserving the sites to contact us no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of your reservation and give us the names of the guests and the site numbers you have assigned to them. If your group will be arriving in a caravan (all arriving at the same time), we require the Tour Group to collect all payments from your guests (50% due no less than one month prior to your reservation with the balance due upon arrival).
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
NON-PRIME DATES: 7 Days Notice Year Round
LONG TERM: 2 Weeks (14 Days) Notice is required for all (30 Days stays or longer).
$10.00 PROCESSING FEE: Will be charged on all cancellations made in less than 48 hours of placing the reservation.
CANCELLATIONS: Received less than the required cancellation period (7 Days) or if you are a No Show, your deposit will be retained as a Cancel Fee and your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Deposits are not transferable to a future reservation unless cancelling within the required cancellation period or with approval from Management. A 2 week notice is required for all monthly stays or a $100 Cancel Fee will be retained from your deposit with a refund of the remaining deposit amount .
Should you need to leave the park early for any reason, the 3 day cancellation policy applies year round. For example, if you are staying in the park for 10 days and on the 8th day you decide to leave, we will retain one nights stay for not giving 3 day notice and issue a credit for the remaining 1 night toward a future stay. A refund or a credit will be given for any deposits paid in advance when canceling within the required cancellation period.
AVAILABILITY: At Morro Strand RV Park we do our best to accommodate your needs in any way possible. Keep in mind that summer months and holidays fill up fast! We will take reservations up to 1 year in advance in the month of. However, often times plans change and space will open up. We do keep a Wait List and do call when we have cancellations before taking a new caller ( DUE TO COVID-19 and the unprecedented amount of RV'ers traveling , we have had to temporarily suspend keeping a Wait List making all reservations first come first serve
