OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK:  10:00am-2:00pm  

(Office Closed:  Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,  New Years  Eve &  New Years Day)  

CHECK-IN:        1:00PM     NO EARLY CHECK-INS!

CHECK-OUT:   11:00 AM 

All guests that arrive after office hours or on Holidays when the office is closed, your name will be posted on the reservation charts in the window of the office along with your site number. Please settle in your site, relax and enjoy your holiday! We will see you in the office the following morning for official check-in and payment.

HANDICAP ACCESS
All RV Sites are graveled sites. Park 1 has a Handicap Access Ramp onto the deck to access the office, restrooms & laundry facilities. 

Park 2 has a new Handicap Lift Elevator up to the deck to access the restrooms & laundry facilities. If the use of this Handicap lift is needed, a key will need to be checked out upon Check-in  with a deposit of $25.00. The deposit will be refunded when the lift key is returned.

TENTS:   We are strictly an RV Park only!  NO TENTS ALLOWED  in  RV Sites.

NO CAR CAMPING ALLOWED! All sites are for recreational vehicles only!

***Starting January 1, 2024 there will be an additional $5 per day per space charge for electricity.  This is due to an increase in pricing by the electric company.

ALL RV SITES ARE BACK-INS, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY PULL THROUGH SITES! 

MAXIMUM PERSONS PER RV SITE :   6  PERSONS (including children)

RV PARK 1 - All 50 amp Park   (Rigs 30ft & Over Only) 
'Minimum  RV length without a bike rack, cargo or tow vehicle attached to the rear of rig'

DELUXE SITES (42ft wide)  -  $75 Night + tax
STANDARD SITES (21ft wide)  -  $65 Night + tax
(Park 1 Site lengths range from 53ft long up to 70ft long)

RV PARK 2 - All 30 amp Park   (Rigs 28ft tip-to-tip & Under)  -  Located Across the Street
'Maximum RV length including a bike rack or cargo attached to rear of rig'.

A 29' 5th Wheel will need to be in Park 1 due to the additional 1-2ft bump over the pin and the turn radius required to back-in.

ALL SITES (20ft wide x 30ft long)  -  $60 Night + tax

DISCOUNTED MONTHLY RATES   *** NO LONGER AVAILABLE*** 

Maximum length of stay for long term is 90 days per calendar year.

Long term stays of 30 nights or more are not required to pay Transient Occupancy Tax

ADDITIONAL FEES:   (Both Parks)

Over 2 People:  $2 + tax per night, per person
Kids:  10 yrs & under stay FREE

Dogs:  $2  + tax per night, per pet   (3 Max.)

             $20 per pet (Monthly Stay)

PLEASE ONLY CALL WHEN YOU NEED  TO CHANGE RESERVATIONS OR HAVE QUESTIONS!

Reservations can be taken up to 1 year  in advance in the month of.  It is highly recommended to make advance reservations for all prime summer (June-Oct), all  holidays weeks, event weekends &  all weekends.

 **We require full payment up to 7 days and a 7 day deposit for all stays over 7 days.  The balance due upon check-in. Those making reservations for 30 NIGHTS or more will pay a 1 week deposit on the first month** 

A minimum 2 NIGHT STAY is required during  PRIME SUMMER  (6/1-10/31) , HOLIDAY WEEKS & ALL WEEKENDS  (unless approved by MSRVP management )

IMPORTANT NOTICE... The office must be notified when you are not able to arrive on the scheduled start date of your reservation to let us know that you do still plan to come and when. We are more than happy to hold your reservation for you with notice. Otherwise, a NO SHOW  with no communication with the office will result in having the deposit retained as a Cancel Fee and the reservation will be Cancelled! Please call us or leave a message, our office does takes messages  after hours.

***Reservations are  NOT TRANSFERABLE  without the consent in advance from Morro Strand RV Park Management.

We do our best to accommodate site requests, however, site assignments are  NOT GUARANTEED!  We do reserve the right to change site assignments when needed and without notice!

TOUR GROUPS

Reservations of 5 SITES or more are considered to be a TOUR GROUP.  It is a requirement for the Tour Group Coordinator reserving the sites to contact us no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of your reservation and give us the names of the guests and the site numbers you have assigned to them.  If your group will be arriving in a caravan (all arriving at the same time), we require the Tour Group to collect all payments from your guests (50% due no less than one month prior to your reservation with the balance due upon arrival).

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

NON-PRIME DATES:  3 Days Notice Year Round
LONG TERM:  7 days Notice is required for all (30 Days stays or longer). 

$10.00 PROCESSING FEE:  Will be charged on all cancellations made in less than 32 hours of placing the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS:   Received less than the required cancellation period (3  Days) or if you are a No Show, your deposit will be retained as a Cancel Fee and your reservation will be automatically cancelled. Deposits are not transferable to a future reservation unless cancelling within the required cancellation period or with approval from Management.  

Should you need to leave the park early for any reason, the 3 day cancellation policy applies year round. For example,  if you are staying in the park for 10 days and on the 8th day you decide to leave, we will retain one nights stay for not giving 3 day notice and issue a credit for the remaining 1 night toward a future stay. A refund or a credit will be given for any deposits  paid in advance when canceling within the required cancellation period. 

AVAILABILITY:  At Morro Strand RV Park we do our best to accommodate your needs in any way possible. Keep in mind that summer months and holidays fill up fast! We will take reservations up to 1 year in advance in the month of. However, often times plans change and space will open up. We do keep a Wait List and do call when we have cancellations before taking a new caller
