Due to the new orders issued by the State of California and the County of San Luis Obispo, there are new policies & guidelines set forth that we will be required to follow...
The regional stay at home order that went into effect December 6, 2020 has been extended into the foreseeable futures as intensive care unit capacity has not improved in the region. Region 1 (Southern California) which includes San Luis Obispo County must reach 15% availability of hospital bed capacity . This order is now open ended with no end date established.
The Department of Public Health has determined that RV Parks are part of the critical infrastructure and can remain open to long-term stays of 14 days or more . Unfortunately, we will not be able to make short term reservations at this time. We are under a mandate the has modified the types of reservations campgrounds, RV Parks & Hotels are and are not allowed to make in order to remain open. All reservations must meet the acceptable forms of travel to be able to make a reservation.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE COVID-19 RELATED POLICIES...
Due to our small staff we are unable to service the restroom facilities as often as the CDC requires us to do per day for us remain open. We therefore have had to make the difficult decision to temporarily close our facilities during this time so that our guests can continue to come and enjoy being able to get away. Our goal is to provide our guests the best service while at the same time keeping everyone as safe as possible. We will open the facilities back up as soon as Covid-19 is not so highly infectious.
By making reservations and checking in at the Morro Strand RV Park you are agreeing to follow these New Covid-19 Policies & Guidelines. These requirements are essential for us to remain open & to keep our RV public safe.
Thank you for your cooperation, stay safe and enjoy your stay!
