check-in procedure

DUE TO THE CURRENT SURGE IN COVID-19,  WE ARE GOING BACK TO A CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN PROTOCOL. PLEASE  FOLLOW THIS CHECK- IN PROCEDURE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...  

• Arrival: 1:00pm or Later (No Early Check-in's)  Check-Out: 11:00am 

• Confirm your Park # (1 or 2) & your Site # on the reservation charts in the window of  the office (to the right of the front door).  There are site maps located above the charts to show you where your site is located in appropriate park. 

• Pull into your assigned Park #/Site #. Your RV Park Information Sheet will be waiting for you between the lid of your electrical box.

• For all arrivals before 4:00pm... Call  (805) 772.8232 to Check-in over the phone. You must check-in if you arrive before 4:00pm! 

• Arrivals after hours... your credit card on file will be charged the following morning to settle your balance due. We will email you a receipt.

• To use a different credit card... call the office before 10:00am the following morning to give us that number, otherwise your card on file will be used. To pay cash, call us to let us know that you intend to pay cash. Use the payment envelopes provided to the right of the charts window and deposit the envelope is the drop box slot provided. 

• Call the office (805) 772-8232 for all your needs, including any issues you may have at your site or within the RV Park.

• If you need any items from the General Store, we will make sure you get it, just give us a call (Ice, Firewood, RV Supplies, Beer & Wine, Camping & Picnic Items, Gifts & Souvenirs).
